At soulrefresher we like to keep things simple and only work with things that deliver results that’s why we are introducing- NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) as part of our services. NLP has been around since the 1970s when it was founded by the interesting duo of John Grinder and Richard Bandler. You can read more about the history on our NLP page. In essence NLP is a powerful tool that can empower people to overcome their own limitations and reach their desired outcome. It works on the principle of understanding the relationship between what we think, say and do and using that information to help us make any necessary changes. NLP theory can be a little heavy on jargon but the key messages are very clear e.g.
‘Keep on doing the same thing, keep getting the same results.
If what you’re doing isn’t working, then do something else.’

Yugesh Namdev Mountaineer and NLP Master Trainer
As part of our educational journey through India soulrefresher had the good fortune to do further training with the IN President of India Yugesh Namdev. As an NLP Master Trainer Reiki Master and Meditation Teacher, Yugesh teaches NLP in a very holistic way. He has a great ability to create awareness in his students of how we are each the masters of our destiny and responsible for the lives that we lead. Through NLP he cleverly provides the tools that we need to become true to ourselves and our dreams.
